About Property

The Concourse is an NMS property in Westchester, CA, just north of Los Angeles International Airport. This modern mid-rise offers up to 88 residential units with a range of housing options, from co-living spaces to 3-bedroom apartments. Residents can enjoy amenities like the state of the art gym, pool and jacuzzi, firepits and large garden space.

Project Information

NMS Properties reached out to Chargie for a site evaluation for the installation of EV charging stations in their 215-space parking area. With EV adoption on the rise amongst residents, the property wanted to add EV charging capabilities to the building. Chargie analyzed the property’s available electrical capacity and the rebates offered to determine The Concourse could install 40 level 2 charging stations at no cost. Chargie handled all the applications to the LADWP Charge Up LA rebate program as well as all the designs, permitting and installation of the charging stations and infrastructure. Chargie now provides the property with ongoing station management and operation with network monitoring, maintenance and 24/7 customer support.
