Project Information
Chargie was contacted by River Rock, now owned by New York Life, to install EV charging stations for tenant and visitor use within the property’s parking structure. After evaluating and confirming the property’s available load capacity and eligibility for rebates and incentives, Chargie managed the design, engineering, permitting, and installation of 40 Level 2 EV charging stations for the client. Through LADWP’s Charge Up LA rebate program, Chargie handled the entire application and approval process with the utility. Chargie is now responsible for the ongoing operation and management of the stations providing network monitoring, 24/7 customer support, and system maintenance and repair.
