I’m having trouble scanning the QR code, how do I troubleshoot?

Here are a few troubleshooting tips:

  1. Make sure you have granted camera permissions to the Chargie app on your device.
  2. Ensure the entire QR code is visible and level with your camera.
  3. Turn on the camera’s flash function to add lighting if you’re in a dark setting.
  4. Still having trouble? You can also type the five-digit Station ID (found on the front of the charger) into the Chargie app.
