How do I end a charging session?

Level 2 station

On a Level 2 station, you can end your session by simply unplugging your vehicle. You can also stop charging remotely through the Chargie app.

Level 3 station

On a Level 3 station, you can end your session by pressing unlock, scanning the payment method used to initiate the charge, and then pressing stop. Step by step instructions are on the screen and payment terminal, located on the front of the charger. Experience may vary if you are using an adapter for your vehicle.

Penalty fee location

If you are at a location with penalty fees, you’ll need to unplug your vehicle in order not to incur penalty fees.
